Cypress CY74C64613 EZ-USB FX (not FX2 -- this is a very old chip) TODO Note: The adapter in this picture has had its original 8k EEPROM (24C08) replaced with a 256K EEPROM, pre-programmed with the Agilent firmware. This was done to avoid the silly EZUSB FX firmware upload and renumeration.
